Terms & Conditions

By renting from The Tradition Way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

The standard rental period is 2 days, starting from the date you receive the items.
Extended rental periods may be approved upon request and must be confirmed in writing before your event.

All rental items will be delivered with a return checklist and a prepaid return label.
Rented items must be returned using the provided label and original packaging.
Items must be dropped off at your nearest USPS store on or before the return due date.

Items should be worn with care. Please avoid damage such as tears, stains, or excessive wear.
Do not attempt to alter or wash any of the items yourself.
Accessories such as sticks, necklaces, or headpieces should be handled gently to avoid breakage.

In case of loss or damage, please return the remaining items.
A portion of your security deposit will be withheld based on the cost of the missing or damaged item.
Full replacement value may be charged for severe or irreparable damage.
As items are generally rented in sets of six (6) or eight (8), the replacement cost for a single lost or damaged item will be calculated by dividing the total rental price of the set by the number of items in that set. For example, if an Imishanana Black set of eight (8) is rented at $250 per day, the replacement cost for one item would be $250 ÷ 8.

Orders can be canceled up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 4 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund.
No refunds will be issued once the order has shipped.

We provide general size guidelines, but sizing may vary slightly due to the nature of traditional wear.
If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Items returned after the due date will incur a late fee of $30 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made.

All images and content on our website are the property of The Tradition Way and may not be reused without written permission.

All rental garments are intended for external use only.
We do not rent undergarments or clothing that comes into direct contact with your skin.
Items such as wraps, dresses, and accessories are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use following industry standards.
While we take every precaution to ensure cleanliness and hygiene, The Tradition Way is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or health issues that may arise from wearing our rental items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that rental garments are previously worn, and you agree to wear them at your own risk.
